What we are,
We are an online training platform for those seeking exercise/training programming. This could be as a supplement to workouts you already perform, focusing on core strength and health for example, or a complete program where we program 3-4 days per week of workouts for you to perform on your own. We take into consideration past experience, injuries, available equipment (you can do a lot with a little), and more. Taking an aggregate approach to training and exercise we create complete, individualized programs designed to meet you where you are and get you where you want to go.
Why the word aggregate?
ag·gre·gate – A whole formed by combining several (typically disparate) elements
If you look at the definition of aggregate (listed above) it refers to a WHOLE formed by combining several elements. We chose this word because that’s exactly what your body is! A whole organism made by combining several smaller elements (muscles, organs, bones, etc.). This definition embodies our training philosophy, creating a wholesome program designed to improve all the pieces of you to improve the whole version of you! We take an Aggregate approach to training and to life in general.
